He said this because LSU was recruiting him but not as a QB; so this is payback time for him. read the article.

I don't think so. We could lose to Oregon, then win out and we are in the Championship game. Guaroonteeed!

An undefeated OU (Sooners) would beg to differ.

If you listen to the interview, he said it is bigger than the BCS championship game because it is the next game.

I thought it had something to do with the fact that he chose the ducks over LSU because Les wouldn't promise to play him at QB.......

But seriously, if you think LSU bad, go hang out with some Alabama fans. They would literally print T-shits if you declared them Homerism National Champions.

Indeed, he surely has never seen any gump posters or one of their boards.

One game at a time, if we lose, we are out of the championship more then likely, and the same goes for LSU,,,, pretty smart of him to go into this thinking that way IMO.

Not true, if everyone has 1 loss and LSU wins out in the rest of the year (SECCG) LSU would be in the BCSNCG

As long as we don't get blown out; we could run the table and still get into the ship

really glad you're not on the team. this kind of thinking for the players could lose us the game. this game is going to set the tone for the entire year and will establish LSU as the program to beat this year.
So yes, we do need to win this game just as much as they do.

Is this your first year knowing how to read?

Because apparently have a really hard time doing it.

READ WHAT I frickING SAID! Please tell me where I said the SEC team would make it in over 2 undefeated teams. I said there would be a huge debate.

But ONCE AGAIN!!! You said MANY ways.. Name 1 other way. I quantified my statment as saying it wasnt a lock. But you claim there are MANY ways.. name 2.

I also said that 2 BCS teams going undefeated would be the only thing that would keep a 1 loss SEC team out.

Man the Homerism is literally off the charts on these forums. I hav followed numerous sporting teams on numerous forums and never have I seen such blind, invalid confidence and Homerism anywhere!

Congratulations on having the most Homeristic board on the planet.

Unless you know that loser wins the SEC.

The only way a 1 loss SEC team doesnt make it into the NCG without there being 2 undefeated BCS schools is if the conference has a meltdown this year and there is only 2 or 3 ranked teams at the end of the year.

If the dude is going to come on here and insult people then I just want him to define his "Many" ways. Apparently in Oregon the word many is defined as 1-2.

Down here its defined as being of a large number.

Did I say there was no way? There is 1 and a huge long shot of the SEC melting down being a 2nd. I definitely stand by that statement.

ETA I guess the SEC team could also get suspended by the NCAA during the season too. But we are still not in the many ways stratosphere.

Of course the guy threw the insults after I said it would take 2 undefeated BCS teams to keep a 1 loss SEC team out. (And even then there would be a big debate)
