Agreed. It's a cash-cow plus they're more than competitive in the non-football sports. I know football drives most everything in the SEC but everyone needs to realize that the SEC sponsors more than just football.

exactly. you could argue that year in and year out their baseball and basketball programs collectively are more consistent than the majority of other SEC schools.

the last time I checked, Big10 schools weren't doing so bad either. They are supporting a lot of sports off of football.
You ever been to a game at Vandy? Almost no home crowd support. A few more wins and few finishes in the upper half of their conference might help.
Not trying to pick on them, but just wondering if they've ever had any thoughts of finding a better fit, and if this would be the time.
