Out of state gumbo. my new steak seasoning.

FWIW, johnsonville makes an andouilles sausage that not terrinle. If I'm cooking for others here in Motgantown, I'll make a chicken and sausage gumbo with that sausage and it comes out pretty levity.

Also try this steak seasoning it rocks.

Vacume seal or freeze the steak for at least a weeyk.


Dry rub:
Meat tenderizer for about an hour ahead of time or while u wait for the steak to reach room temp.

Coriander
Kosher salt
Chili powder
A touch of garlic powder
Slap your mama's
Coffee grounds - about 1/3 of the mix.
Sear on open flame on high.

LOL, NO way, I want to taste the MEAT ! All a good piece of meat needs is Kosher salt, cracked black pepper and a LITTLE butter at the end. You're killing the taste of the meat. Pass.
