Didn't he plead "no contest" to the charges? With priors? Yeah, its the same.

The dude has four priors that I know about. And it was still a misdemeanor. And it's a 20 day sentence of which he'll likely serve a week.

He was already on probation for an altercation that occurred in May 2010.
