As of last Friday, his buyout is now $18.7 million. He is not going anywhere for a long, long time...win or lose.

he can still be fired with cause with no buy out because of the NCAA sanctions. Doesn't really change a Damn thing.
But I do like him and he has grown on me. Just hope he gets a little more control on the off the field stuff and we go back to boring, quiet offseasons.

If he is somehow "let go" TAF is prepared to spend the money. They had it ready before the 'Bama game last year and they will be ready again if it's needed. I do not think that TAF will allow LSU to sink into mediocrity.

This. I'm no longer concerned about whether or not Miles is the coach and have grown to like him. I was concerned mainly about Jefferson, and well, that's kinda taken care of itself at least for right now.
