The question I have is how did they learn of the contents of a private conversation. This is an abuse of power IMO.

No I don't think this was the NCAA. I think Les suspended him, and is waiting for the NCAA to tell him how long he has to suspend him for. It's a precautionary measure by LSU, since we're on probation, but I might be wrong.

You just asked how they got that info, how do you think it was abuse of power then if you don't know?
