And this "defenseless individual" argument is getting old. Now i don't agree with the kicking in the head but truth be told if I'm in a fight with somebody i wanna hurt the guy not just win the fight. At some point in the fight he was upright; his fight strategy failed and he was knocked down.
Your defenseless argument is like saying if we go to war with a country and take out their anti aircraft artillery we should no longer conduct flight operations in battle because they are no longer able to defend it?
I wonder what these conversations would be had the "victims" won the fight...
It's funny in that it is so predictable, and it's pathetic in that it's such an effort to spin the facts.
