ETA: Also Jefferson had a habit of holding onto the ball too long and taking a sack whereas Lee will put the ball up for grabs under pressure.

Lee is the better passer and can actually find his 2nd and 3rd rec. Pocket Passer.
JJ is more of an athelete mobile. Ran when primaary is covered.
