Why does Texas A&M have to pay the big 12 anything

Texas Tech claimed soverign immunity with the football contract with Mike Leach meanng you can sue them for anything, and won so far. On appeal. So why doesnt A&M do the same damn thing with Big 12 saying good enough for TT go for us. Sue us, oh yeah you can't.

Bleeding v jay jays like Baylor University will do whatever it takes for A&M to pay a bunch money. God, I hate them. Their president running around crying to anyone that will listen. Drown in your misery, Baylor.
