How can anyone beleive a word JJ has said? He has been proven in this whole ordeal to be nothing but a liar.
He lied to his father, the coach, and everyone.
There is no way in hell that the BRPD don't have a legit case against him. This is why Fisher wanted a plea, because he knows this shite is pretty much a lock.
JJ needs to take some responsibility for one time in his life.

And how do you know all of these facts sir? He may have misled his father, but we have no idea what he told CLM. In fact CLM seems to have the utmost confidence in him. Said at the presser that he told JJ to stand his ground. And he also said when Jordan returns at the presser. So CLM still believes in him.

why would DA get a search warrant on this type of charge (a/k/a "bar fight") and confiscate shoes? Do you think 49 pairs of shoes in J.J.'s apt. starts a new improper benefits investigation? He's getting caught the way they all get caught. Once under suspicion, he didn't tell the truth to authorities and he lied about kicking the guy in the head.

If he didn't do it and knows who did... this could get worse. He would have to be a witness for the defense on the kicker, and could name the other 10+ guys believed to be in the fight also. I could see him not wanting to be THAT guy.
