He won't do any jail time. He'll get arrested, bonded out, appear in court, first time offender, probation.
I had a guy attack me with a weapon and he got away with a probation/diversion sentence.

Hmm, Rosetta saying no arrests expected today per Don Stone this am and Michael Bonnette (not that MB would be privy to BRPD info)
