Don't know anything about statutes, thankfully. I just know that this is always what the police/FBI use to nail people who lie to them in an investigation.
They don't like people who do this, and they put them away.

It looks like they are out to get JJ,if they weren't this thing would have settled as a common bar fight because of , offsetting witnesses, and conflicting stories, and no video to back the criminal allegations up. JJ seems like a clean cut kid trying to represent the state that he grow up in, but he getting screwed by a, kind of people,directly and indirectly from a climate, that think he's not good enough and there's somebody better. As for as the representer of the Law-remember all law came from God and all going back. Judge and be judged.life is the quickness
