is there any more to the story that he was harassing the girl both he and JJ were friends with? Man, I'd really like to know what happened. I don't know JJ and this isn't an attempt to have his side but he doesn't seem like the type to let something like that get inside of his head...

Yes it is... You people are insane! It may not be worded like that in the UCMJ but I know people who have gotten in trouble because of something inflicted to their body

Actually when a person is in the service, if he or she does ANYTHING to their body, the branch they are in takes a dim view of it. They ARE Government Property while serving whether they are on or off duty. When you sign your name on the line joining the service, you pretty much sign your rights over, too.
