damage to his body has nothing to do with UCMJ. Drunk and Disorderly (Article 134), however, is definitely punishable - but if he plays the "I was defending myself", he'll probably be OK. If he was underage, that's another consideration for the military....

Wrong! Oh yes it does my friend, he is now what we call "ggovernment property" and that IS covered under the UCMJ
