We looked into one last season, and when we went to look at it in late October, there wasn't a duck in the whole flooded 1000 acres of rice. The other side of the road was wrapped up (understandably because they later got busted for baiting.)

Seems like every lease I've been on the last few years falls into this catagory.
There is a reason the spots are available.
