I guess it depends on what it is worth to you. I did not mean to sound resentful of non-locals, I hunt in Kaplan and pecan island and I live in Opelousas. I just hunted those fields many years ago and felt then as I do now, just not worth it to me. Blind should be about 2000 to 2500.

Did not take it as such. Being a local, my comments were directed at those who have forgotten that hunting is not always about the kill. It was directed at the folks, even locals, who look solely at the economics and killing aspect of it, not the hunt itself.
