There in also lies a problem. Now that its gotten so expensive, folks feel they gotta go everyday to justify the expense. Then there are some who also feel the need to shoot at anything from 70 yards and further. They figure "what the hell, I paid $5500 and I'm gonna get my moneys worth and shoot at anything that flies." And of course, this only makes matters worse for the guy who also paid $5500 and is only 250 yards away.

I guess it depends on what it is worth to you. I did not mean to sound resentful of non-locals, I hunt in Kaplan and pecan island and I live in Opelousas. I just hunted those fields many years ago and felt then as I do now, just not worth it to me. Blind should be about 2000 to 2500.
