OU can't go anywhere without Okie State tagging along.

Can we just go ahead and agree on Rice as the 14th member so everyone can get an easy division win and Vandy can have a cross-division rival that it may be able to beat? (Plus a fellow geek school)

Rice would also bring a kick arse baseball program.

Vandy does pretty well against their cross division rival now.

The Longhorns would be a better matchup for Vandy, pretty sure Vandy has that all time series 2-1

And their Marching Owl Band (which doesn't march and is more comedy troupe than band) can provide interesting halftime entertainment (hopefully they learned their lesson about insulting Reveille). Plus they, like A&M, are also AAU members (SEC can double its contingent in one move).

I know the dislike of the t-sip nation is strong but isn't that the equivalent of waterboarding?

not this shite again.

a) auburn, not bama would be moved eastward considering they are further east geographically.

b) OU and OSU are tied at the hip. While we are at it, OU is going to be tied to UT as long as UT is not independent.

yeah thats what we really need, more top tier talent in the west. its not hard to win the west as it is.

besides the fact that OU isnt coming so its a moot point, the whole premise of this idea is silly.

WE DO NOT NEED MORE GREAT TEAMS IN THE SEC. We need more mediocre/pretty good teams that bring new tv markets. Actually, we dont 'need' anything but whatever.

I would think Barn would be moved to the East over Bama.
