In other words, the Daily Texan knows their conference is a bunch of vaginas. Well, except for Oklahoma -- winners of 7 of the last 11 conference titles and 78-18 (.813) in conference play since 1999.

I salute A&M for having the cojones to WANT to play in the SEC.

And good luck to Texas in their attempt to have a winning season this year. Kudos on going 2-6 in your conference last year. Baylor and Iowa State appreciated that confidence boost you gave them.

Same reason I like playing Florida during the regular season every year. You have to play the best to be the best. They'll probably lag behind at first but a few years down the road they could be disruptive.

High schoolers aren’t going to go to Norman to win eight or nine games a year, and they’re certainly not going to choose it over better southern cities like Oxford, Miss., Athens, Ga., Baton Rouge and Knoxville.

SEC college towns ftw. and even the worst team in football, vandy, is in Nashville. Bottom 3 IMO: Starkville, Lexington, and Fayetteville.

Fayetteville is consistently mentioned as one of the top SEC towns.

I'm going to guess you've never been to Fayetteville.

Texas pompousness woud lead you to believe that there are few kids who pick Norman over Austin, anyways. So I guess it would be more of the same for us.

Have you ever been to Lexington?

I've been to see LSU play in Lexington and Starkville and Lexington >>> Starkville.

Liquor Barn alone made Lexington worth the trip:

And I'm pretty sure Starkville has nothing like this:

Every whiskey and bourbon under the sun and horse racing are not the kind of kewl stuff you'll find in StarkVegas.

Thankfully, I've never had cause to go to Fayetteville as the Piggies play LSU in Little Rock. So I can't comment on Fayetteville.

I used to live right behind the biggest Liquor Barn in Lexington. When I would get bored I would walk over and look at beers for about an hour, then finally pick a new one to try.

Fayetteville is a much better experience than Little Rock. Most people that make the trip for a game go away loving the town.

Maybe we can swap LSU for A&M as the LR game in the future.

We want a piece of the No. 1 team every week. I hate playing creampuffs. The longhorns, on the other hand, are a bunch of skeer't vaginas.

More needless Longhorn gibberish.

We get it...you finally squeaked by them during their year of suck.

I'm pretty confident you'll beat most of the teams in the SEC within your first ten years... not every year mind you, but at least once.
