This has already been suggested in a previous thread but my guess is Jesse might be forced at gun-point to blow away the guy apprehended by Mike who robbed Jesse. Jesse will be given a shotgun with one shell to get it done. Mike will be there at a distance to do whatever is required. Jesse executing the guy will be video taped for blackmail purposes and to send a loud and clear message to Jesse to either get his shite together or die. Think of it as the hair of the dog after Jesse has obviously flipped out over killing Gale.
