Get that into the recipe thread, that sounds/reads delicious although I would have to play a little bit for dietary concerns.

i've had that at that restaurant in pcola by the water. ... that prolly narrows it down.

Ok folks. Honest question here, not trying to get made fun of. For a beginner cook, how hard would something like this be to make?

I have to make a brunch for someone next weekend and I'm considering either this or just a traditional grits and grilliades.

The whole is so much more than the parts in this recipe. Very easy to construct.
