Will Smith is big enough to play 3-4 end right now. He should be very close to 290 if not already. Shaun Rogers has had some experience as a DE.

I'm not sure I'd want Will Smith to cover a TE. I don't think he has the speed to drop into coverage. I could be wrong about the ROLB's role in a 3-4.

I think I heard somewhere that will has lost some wait and is down closer to 270 which with his athleticism and technique I still think he can play some end.
Shaun Rodgers having some experience at end is a good thing. He has the size of a most tackle but rare athletictsm for man that big. Him next to Franklin in a 3-4 would also be beastly

I hope he isn't 290....that would be a disappointment.
