tulsa will lose by 30+ they are fricking terrible, ok state was up 58-3 with 10 minutes left in the 3rd last yr vs tulsa. Tulsa doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell of being the 3rd team since 99 to win in norman. Tulsa probably has the hardest non-conference schedule in america this year though
