I figured it would be busy up there. We have mineral acres just outside the Ash unit. Missed by a few hundred yards. Hoping these do well and they hit the land all around it.

Does anyone on here have a decent and trusted landman that they might recommend? My family owns both surface and mineral property in Wilkinson, County MS. Right in the middle of the sweet spot of this deal, about 2 miles from the Horseshoe Hill well and a little further from the Crosby wells.

I have started straightening out the minerals and updating information and now have several parties wanting to purchase the mineral rights, which we are not going to sell. But I need to get some runoff's done and make direct contact with some of the interested leasing parties.

This whole deal might turn out to be interesting. But it is hard on us as we are in deep South Texas instead of being up around there.
