The only thing you might be missing out on is my favorite, Double Cream Stout which is seasonal.
It's usually available in winter and into spring only, but says that it has a twelve month shelf life, so if you're lucky enough to find this gem while you're there, I'd IMPLORE you to try my favorite beer from my favorite American brewery.
quote:
Double Cream Stout derives its name from its smooth, creamy texture, not the ingredients. Completely dairy-free, this stout blends ten different specialty malts to yield a remarkable depth of flavor. With only a touch of burnt notes, Double Cream Stout focuses on the softer, cocoa & espresso-like aspects of roasted malt.
