I sure would like a built in natural gas grill/griddle combination cook station along with a BGE or equivalent for the new home we are going to start building in the next few months.

I know the gas and charcoal grills wont be hard to find but the griddle may be.

any recommendations?

Check out Alfrescogrills.com. They have double side burners that you can get a 12 x 18" griddle accessory for and still have 2 20K side burners if you wish to use them for something else

go check out ducotes. I installed a 12" griddle in my house a year ago. They have sizes from 12" -60" and will be happy to deliver and help you however they can.

Super nice people, can't say enough good things about the service and quality of goods.

I picked up a Camp Chef 37x16 griddle top from the Cabela's Bargain Cave a few months ago for around $50. It seems to be well made. Since it has gotten hot outside, I haven't tried it out yet. The online reviews are positive as well as the one made by Blackstone. I've since bought the Camp Chef base for the griddle. Earlier in the summer, Dick's had the base for less than $100 and I had a 20% off coupon.

I have an EVO and I really like it. I don't have the built in model but they do have one and it is cheaper.
