I like what I'm hearing. JJ sounds like he'll finally become a leader at QB we've been starving for out of him. Get it JJ!

Look the guy will never be a world beater. Hes just not someone who can put a team on their back and completely carry them to an undefeated or 1 loss season.
He needs to have an offense catered to his specific skill set and level, which is what I think has been done in the offseason most likely.
People might have a heart attack when I say this, but honestly the guy needs to throw the ball about 25 times a game.
Hes generally put up good numbers when this has happened in the past.
He simply wont do well throwing sporadically, 6-7 times in a half just wont work with him.
I think his ceiling are numbers slightly better than 2009, if he does that I think most will be pretty satisfied.
