The trailer makes it look like Maci's skin took a turn for the worse. Her face looks bad. Not as that goofy looking boyfriend though.
Hopefully this season delivers more Butch. If he can stay on the straight and narrow and avoid state sanctioned rehab, could provide some great moments in Teen Mom history.
