Any recommendations on a home brewing system for iced coffee? And what type of coffee grounds to use?

we use a toddy coffee maker and coarsely-ground beans.

PJ'S Sells a toddy maker for this.

I mix 1 cup of coffee ground w/ 4 cups of cool water. Put in a jar w/ lid and let sit at room temp overnight, bout 15 hrs. Put in my coffee press to separate grounds. Then pour liquid thru coffee filter into another jar. To make a cup of ice coffee, I mix 1 part of this mix with 3 parts cold water, some ice and milk and sugar to taste. The cold brew s

I strongly recommend the Toddy method. Very simple. Can find them at PJ's or Still Perkin' or any number of shops. Makes an entire carafe of coffee at one time and will keep in refrigerator.
