I know its early, but I haven't heard anything about General Public tickets (not StubHub)- don't want to panic, but want to secure my tickets-at a reasonable price. What say you?

Game is sold out, only thing they are releasing are standing room only seats, which is not worth the effort really.
Your only option will be scalper or stubhub type sites. I got mine from Stubhub a month ago.

Insane- that many folks plan to attend? Or is it a smoke screen? Oregon/LSU tickets shouldn't be harder to get than LSU/aTm.

I paid 325 for my ticket in the EZ 7 rows from the field on ticketcity.com they have some of the better prices there, but come august you might be in a bind.. Just sayin... Take your chances tho

When people say sold out, is the entire stadium sold out? I know Oregon has sold out of their allotted 15,000 and LSU has sold out of their allotted 30,000. Where are the other 30,000-40,000 tickets? Have private sellers and Cowboys season ticket holders already picked up all of these tickets? It seems as if there would have been a sale to the general public for the remaining tickets.

Tickets will become "available" in August on the online markets. Just watch and see. Lost of people buy tickets for large groups and then later on, their friends will start backing out on them here and there.
Once the corporate folks get there tickets and start passing them out, you will start seeing people want to sell also.
