I think the winner will either be Florida or Texas, but these things are always so unpredictable.

It's also much bigger and apparently plays that way too (no longer on the hill or downdraft).

SoCar over Vandy..or over Fla for the crown.
Actually this is one of the best and most wide-open fields ever. But, am confident it will be one of the SEC teams, and not just based upon having three teams in the field.
I do think Texas is overrated, as they still can't hit a lick, with but 17 HRs this yr(regardless of the reduced homers for all NCAA teams wiith new bats & CWS new home being more pitcher friendly). They need their aces to lock teams totally down, and must scratch.
UVa needing to beat Irvine at the wire at home in Gm-3 makes me think they are tad overrated despite their gaudy record, and their recent rise to monster status.
UNC's 5th CWS in 6 yrs, with two bridesmaids, means they like Bertman's and Tanner's first CWS title winner after many trips to Omaha, is probably coming soon, regardless of the ACC and FSU/Martin streak..they've had fairly complete and loaded teams these last 6 years.
Cal & ATM are just happy to be there.
