NCAA 12 GB Tournament (360)-Screw rounds, play your games when they're available

Ok this is the 360 version of finch's PS3 tournament. Add me on XBL (GT: Tigerfan7218)and send me a message that you'd like to play. We can get it started about a week after release if everyone is good with that. Here are the rules (Thanks Finch for them):
1. No 2 of the same school(first come, first serve)
2. No cheesing. (not sure what this is but heard alot of bitching about it.)
3. 2 days to play the game or game will be forfeited(not sure how this is gonna work yet)
4. No glitching or cheating.
5. Game must be completed although "Concede Defeat" is optional.
6. Tournament will be a 16 team double elimination format.
7. The 16 and 17 seed will play in a play in game before the tournament starts (meaning the score must be reported by July 19th)
8. **NEW RULE** If a player does not show up for a game in any round of the tournament: First time, will just be giving the automatic loss. Second time, will be either given the automatic loss OR REPLACED if there are others available who want to play.
9. Rule 1 will still be in effect if a player is replaced by Rule 8, however the new player will have the option to use the team that they are replacing.
10. Winner crowned Gaming Board Champ for 360. Champ gets bragging rights and some prize (probably some XBL points).
***IF YOUR GAME IS NOT PLAYED BY THE DEADLINE SET, THE FIRST PERSON FROM THAT GAME TO RESPOND AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE ADVANCED**

Ok i've made an "executive" decision. This tournament will be 16 teams and double elimination, and will start July 19th to give everyone a week to get accustomed to their teams.

No idea, but the NCAA creators are going live on ustream on June 21 to give details about the demo, I'm sure they'll tell us then
