it was the back of my tricep. Just sore and swollen. Feels like I did two hrs lifting my triceps.
BTW, it's fricking awesome all the shite you had to do to watch the video. I just watched it, but not BEFORE i watched 15 seconds of some shite ad I don't care about.

yes it's weird, but it makes me absolutely despise MLB's video policy. Even though it 'benefits' me, it's ridiculous.
