It's called sarcasm. I'm pretty sure you're familiar with it.

I don't really think the unemployment rate in Orleans Parish is 30%, it's closer to 8%. REAL unemloyment is probably in the neighborhood of 12% to 13%. If you look at things objectively, I'm sure you'd agree that there are certain areas of New Orleans where crime is a problem. And I'm not just talking about a hipster smoking a fattie on the front porch.

Having said that, my comments were primarily directed at Rhode Island Red. He has been bitching about the worthless residents of Cairo, IL for over a week now. (No one pays any taxes, because they're all retirees or crackheads. The whole place is falling down on itself. Etc.)
