Firefox 4.0.1's annoying change

Before FF updated to 4.0, if you went to a thread and hit the back button to get back to the OT main page the page wouldn't reload and you could still see what was threads and post were new. Now if you hit back the page is refreshed and only the newest post and threads have the New image next to it. Basically hitting the back button is the same as using the OT Lounge link at the top and bottom of the page.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I've always opened threads in new tabs so one tab never leaves the main page.

Use IE. Works flawlessly for me.

This is the easiest answer. Just hold down "ctrl" as you click your threads from now on (they will open in a new tab instead of the current window). ctrl + tab will switch to the next tab. ctrl + shift + tab will shift back one tab.

Alternatively, you can just click the links with your scroll wheel (unless you're using a laptop trackpad)

This is how I do it.
But just to humor the OP, I tried going to a thread and going back, all of the same threads were new, same posts and all. Sounds like OP is a ruhtard.

It seems to happen if you're on a page past a certain period of time. If you read the OP and decide this thread is dumb and hit back it will all be the same, but if you read through the first page and hit back after a few minutes all is refreshed.
