My Mom & Dad's 25th Anniversary Photo

Hello to all of the talented farkers of TD. I have this really old picture of my parents and it has the usual problems of old photos. If any of you guys (or gals) feel like taking a crack at cleaning it up I would really appreciate it. There is no rush, however she is 94 now.
I expect and welcome the usual Fark Board shenanigans, but please don't anyone call my Mom an ugly bitch.

It may well have been.
Upon closer inspection it looks like this is a glossy reprint of the photo and someone may have used a Sharpie or similar marker to cover up the guy in the background on the original. (Maybe he was "on the lam")
Anyway the photo is almost fifty-years-old so I know its going to take some work.
BTW if it would be possible to make it into a printable 8x10 that would be rockin' but I dont expect miracles.
