The Saints had DeShawn effing Wynn in there with Julius Jones at the end of it this year.

because they made bad choices and had bad luck in 2010 doesn't mean RB has little value in teh NFL

if we had signed thomas jones, we'd have been fine

24th pick in 2010 - Dez Bryant, WR, OSU.

5 years, 11.8 million dollars

24th pick in 2009 - Peria Jerry, DL, Ole Myth.

5 years, 10.35 million dollars

Pierre Thomas - RB, Saints

4 years, 12 million

So, the previous 2 24th picks in the draft signed for THIRTY THREE PERCENT LESS than Thomas makes right now, but we're investing too fricking much?

Get a fricking clue. Dipshit.

#1 - are you talking about Thomas Jones who had a total of 5 years with more than 1,000 yards and 2 more years where he was kinda close? Don't forget that Thomas Jones averaged less than 3 yards per carry at the end of last season.

Oh yeah, for investment in a running back; reggie bush will earn 11.8 million this season. Not much investment there
