Just like the bruthas don't give props to The Importance Of Being Earnest and Pygmalion

the wayan brothers maybe, but i don't think Martin was underrated by the whities.
Check the character thread a few down, brutha man makes a couple people's list.

Holy Cow you've seen that?!?
I've read about it as a precursor to the Mary Tyler Moore Show, with Cassidy playing a Ted Baxter-like character (Cassidy was actually offered the role of Ted Baxter, but turned it down). I've never seen it though. There are apparently some episodes on YouTube, but I've never gotten around to watching them...

And Friends was a rip-off of Living Single.
(More of a rip-off of Ellen DeGeneres' "These Friends of Mine", but, you know...)

I thought The Knights of Prosperity (or Let's Rob Mick Jagger) was very funny. Donal Logue & Sofia Vergera were good.

Always was in an uphill battle with the time slot.
Mad About You was solid too but it had 7-8 seasons and made Helen Hunt a star but was in the top 15 only one year.
I also liked the short lived Boston Commons starring Anthony Clark (Yes Dear).
Still Standing was solid and never finished in the Top 15.

if we're going underrated then i think "The Middle" is hilarious. not many threads on the board about it but i love that show.
Sue Heck cracks my shite up
I used to like it too but then ABC decided to get it cut from Hulu so I never get a chance to watch it anymore.
