The beginning of Red Dragon

During the scene where Graham and Hannibal discuss the case Graham basically implies that Hannibal held back on telling him the body parts were being eaten. That'd mean he was guilty yet he moves on from that, says he is tired, and let's Hannibal get his coat. WTF?

I don't think he put it together until he saw the book. Probably had a suspicion but at the time Hannibal was well respected and helped him on other cases.

That's what I was thinking. When he opened the Anatomy Book that was Book-marked to the page about Sweet-Breads,the facts hit him about the same time Hannibal's knife did.

I like it but I love the soundtrack and score to Manhunter about 10000000X more so I prefer Manhunter to Red Dragon.

Ed Norton alone puts RD above Manhunter.

Norton can't even hold Petersen's jock in the battle of the two movies. Petersen was much better. I like Norton but he was bland as hell in Red Dragon.

I haven't seen Manhunter in almost 10 years so I'll have to re evaluate.
