I will be going to Plano for business soon. Any recommendations? TIA

I'm sure there is some good stuff there but Dallas is only 2 minutes to the South. I'm not too sure what's up in Plano.

What are you looking for? There is a butt load of crap up there. But also some good places. One of the best sushi places in Dallas area is up there...maybe in Richardson. There is also good Indian and Chinese in the area. Probably good steak places too.

Just about every chain restaurant known to man can be found between Plano and N Dallas.
You may not want to eat at Louisiana / New Orleans type places but if yes try The Big Easy on Park near Hwy 75 – muffalettas, po boys, and red beans and rice available at reasonable prices.
Chains - Razoos on the N Dallas Parkway is good. Pappadeaux is a little more expensive with large portions.
Texas BBQ – Randy Whites in Frisco is a favorite of ours with good food and good prices. Spring Creek BBQ kids love the ribs, I love the chicken as well as the ribs. Seconds on the fixins & good warm rolls
Steak – Ruth Chris, Sullivan’s, Del Frisco all off the North Dallas toll way and within a few minutes of Plano
Italian chains - Maggiano and Buco di Peppo
