Hornet's fans will be very disappointed in the acquisition of Carl Landry

He's averaging 21/7 in 3 starts for David West.

knowing the Chris Paul wants to leave in 2012

First how do you know this? Second, wanting to leave and being able to leave are 2 very different things. Between the new CBA and the player movement that has already occurred CP3's options for both a max contract and contending are very limited.

how many times are they going to trade for a PG as a backup and then give up their first round for a guy like...Bayless...then traded him away to Toronto for Jack

So they could have kept that pick and drafted a back up PG/combo guard that would take a year or 2 to develop, or they could trade that pick for a similar level player that's already been through the development process.

Binelli is nowhere near the player Thornton is today nor last year.

Why are you even posting here if you follow the Hornets so half assed? Belinelli was acquired for Julian fricking Wright. A spastic shite head that recently refused to go into the game in Toronto because he was offended at being offered garbage time minutes. That was undeniably Demps' best trade and cannot be sullied by your incoherent ramblings.

Although Bryon Scott is not the coach anymore, he knew the talent that those two guys brought to the table

You're on a roll now Byron was finally fired because he wouldn't play DC and Thornton. Bower is the one that gave them playing time.

Did Collison and Thornton not look good together on the court? They were outstanding.

No one said they were bad, in fact them being good is why they were traded. You have to give something to get something. DC maybe be a solid starter but he was only going to be a 10 minute a game backup and he was traded for a salary dump and a starter. May not be maximum value but it's good value. I wish we could have traded Green instead, but based on what we had and didn't have, Landry for Thornton isn't the terrible trade Thorntontards make it out to be.

PAUL IS GONE IN 2012

Who knows, he's either staying or will be traded before the deadline next season, but his leaving isn't nearly as certain as your slim grasp of all of the facts makes it seem.

quote:

the word is that the NBA wants to move them to K.C

Is the word being pulled out of your arse? Larry Ellison lost a bidding war over the Warriors then he put in a bid on the Hornets. I'm pretty sure he'll be at the front of the line if Chouest doesn't step up.

Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy watching Thornton light it up for the Anaheim Royals.
