"I tell Tyrann he's going to do more and better things than what I did when I was here," Peterson said. "And he's starting at such a young age, so he's definitely got a chance to do better than Patrick Peterson. He's going to represent No. 7 well."

Peterson may be my favorite Tiger ever. The guy is a class act.

I don't know about that, man. He spoke about himself in the third person. Ha ha.

Probably taken out of context...I bet they asked him something along the lines of "how will he live up to the "Patrick Peterson" legacy?" or some journalistic hoo-ha

Our secondary is going to be so beastly next year. Our D-line is as well. Man I can't wait to see Tyrann tearing shite up.

I still think we will keep him where hes at and have claiborne and simone/reid at corner....Ty mat is a play maker and needs to be around the ball at all times like he was this past year.

I love TM and hope that Chavis doesn't abandon the blitzing mustang package to make him a full-time cover corner.

I think him blitzing the QB and creating turnovers is a huge knack for him.

Not flaming or being an arse, but i think PP#7 was also quite the playmaker out there covering recievers.

I love Tyrannosaurus Rex, but he's going to suffer from altitude inadequacy.

Yeah he was till teams starting thinking twice on going his way initially sort of taking him out of the game....Theirs a big diff between pp7 and ty mat, especially as far as stripping the ball away...if we have corners that can cover why not keep ty matt swarming around to bat balls away, blitz coverage, and stripping balls away.

Yeah, maybe, but he's arguably our best player/play-maker.

Maybe. But it has been pretty well documented that CB's can succeed at 5'10".
