I respect the hell out of Drew, but honestly I do not care which side gets the "better" deal. I do not care about the fairness of the deal. The only thing I want is to be able to watch games and have an interest.
I don't doubt that Drew is telling the truth about their efforts, but their goal does not mean a thing to me.

Love Drew but don't like the quote. He's not saying that he's concerned about the fans. He's implying that if they don't get what they want then it doesn't matter when or if the season starts.

The players may have a gripe...However, when i make what i make, I really don't give a shite about how someone makes 400-500k as a base and they need more. I don't care about the flipping owners who don't want to concede too much. The NFL exists because the working man enjoys a distraction from everyday job bullshite. Bring in the scabs.
