Thinking about getting a group together to go deep seas fishing.

Any recommendations on the best place to go/company to use?

i have had experience on steve tomenys boats and while they are big, comfortable, and catch great fish, its way more commercial than what i prefer. if your looking to learn a little bit about offshore fishing and want to go with a local captain that will teach you and have patience go on a center console boat. some charters to look at are grey long with go long charters, pelagic charters, and impulse charters with rob dupot.

any others questions please ask im offshore every weekend during the summer

I have not been with Steve Tomeny's group in 7-8 years, although I used to do 2-3 trips a year with him, I hope he has improved b/c the last 2 trips were awful, had problems with the crew, the equipment, etc and our complaints fell on deaf ears

Mexican Gulf Fishing Company all the way.

Consider any others and you are probably wasting some money
