I just got home from the game and I have to say that was the worst half of basketball that I have ever seen.

Bobby, it's both! The fundamentals just are not there. This makes me want to blame the coach. But then I have to ask how in the hell did someone who is not as fundamentally sound as my sixth grader make it onto a D1 basketball team? No inside presence at all but at least we make up for it with terrible perimeter play. Air balls on wide open 3 point attempt? C'mon man...

I'm probably a twice your age, but don't let my experience get in the way of a good disagreement.
I've seen a lot of LSU basketball, but this season should be an awakening to the AD, and any LSU fan with half a brain........that may preclude you, but I'm just guessing here.....

Someone should direct the fans at the game closer to the court.
When the camera pans the floor seats, it looks like about 300 people are there. It makes the fans look almost as bad as the team.......I said almost!!
Lack of offense makes for a long day! When they get behind, it is apparent there is NO way to score 4 or 6 points in 45 seconds.............
That would be a miracle!!

This current Lsu basketball team is a joke! Trent Johnson came and talked to fraternities a few weeks ago askIng for people to come out and support the basketball team. They did a contest, the frat with the most guys at the candy game, the president got to throw out a first pitch. We had 15 guys show and we won. Thats fricking embarrassing, excuse my language. I am done with Trent, I have heard every excuse in the book, if you cant recruit you can't coach. We have more white guys on the basketball team than the golf team. What the hells going on out there ?

I don't understand why everyone is so upset. What exactly do you guys want from your basketball program? Do you want to be entertained? Do you want to win the SEC west? ( SEC West is garbage) I can understand the anger if LSU was Kansas, Duke, Kentucky or North Carolina. Get with it folks, LSU is not a top level program even with a recent final 4 and past success' and even if they were good this year it still would not be a good program. . College basketball sucks, period. The game has changed! George Mason and Butler can make a final 4 these days.

Yes it makes sense. There's no talent in college basketball. If Plumlee, is a 1st rounder says a lot about the college game.
