Lots of good one's mentioned already. I like the last scene in Unforgiven when Clint kills everybody and makes his way out of town.

Not the best I've ever seen but, of the movies I've watched lately, one of the last scenes in "Training Day". You know when D Washington calls Jake a "disloyal, fool-arse, bitch-made punk" or something like that. Well anyway, that whole scene was really good.
I agree about the Godfather movies. Lot of great scenes in those.
