yes because all NFL GMs search tigerdroppings.com for dirt on their players. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconrolleyes.gif)

A. It's not just Tigerdroppings. It's rampant on the internet.
B. That's irrelevant to my question. If I remember correctly from my law class, it's not slander as long as there's no rational chance that somebody will misconstrue it as fact. If I said, "Barbara Bush is cooking up some meth and selling it to Michelle Obama." That's completely unreasonable, and not slander. When somebody posts that Mallett has character questions and says outright that he runs a meth lab, it's a little more believable. The fact that it was believable enough for me to take the time to Google it implies that it meets the legal def. of slander.
Try it. Google Ryan Mallett Drug Abuse, you'll find lots of articles from reputable sources addressing the same thing: RUMORS surrounding Mallett. These are the kinds of sources that NFL GM's actually do pay attention to. But I have yet to find a single article with any kind of supporting evidence.
