Yeah, but the people who eat those are gonna be buying all the pond crawfish.

I absolutely expect high prices this year.

I agree ...we had some deepwater crawfish in one of our cuts ..i hated them and so did everyone else around here.
My ponds always had fresh water and thats the key to keeping the shells soft come summer.
But with the high price of diesel no one will do that. When I crawfished it was .99 a gallon.
