Anyone ever heard of a French bistro uptown

I can't think of the name but it is right off Carrolton towards the end by Canal.
One of the best meals I've ever had, their seafood penne pasta.
they also had pizza and mussels and such.
It was a little hole in the wall place though.

La Cote Sud? It is on Maple Street. Not close to Canal, close to the St Charles end of Carrollton.
