re: Need a creative idea re: jambalaya

Your tortilla idea inspired me. Just in the time I was gone I took some, removed sausage, and put rice and chicken in tortilla, added lettuce, cheese, refried beans, and made it all into a quesadilla served with side of salsa.

I'm eating it now and it's excellent.
